Place: Turebyholm castle, Denmark
Area: 1000m2
Here live: Winnie and her husband. They manage the company Genese which sells health products.
Information: The castle is in rococo style and from 1754. It was originally used for hunting and as summer residence. The whole castle was thoroughly restored in 1999 and has received the Europe Nostra award which purposes it to promote cultural heritage. ”Concerning the furnishing it was quite vital for us to let the rooms in the castle speak for themselves. There is so much decoration – on the woodwork, the profiled squares on the walls, the fine door pictures, silk hangings and suspended wall paintings in the cabinets as well as walls painted in delicate grey, yellow, green and purple pastel shades” they explain.
