Expressive villa apartment - Christmas
It is a charming house surrounded by tree in the middle of the city. When the couple moved in they had to renovate the apartment completely. In the bedroom they had a carpenter built a clever solution with a cabinet wall around the bed and in the kitchen they installed two long sections of cabinets to make the most of the space there and keep the window. The family enjoys Christmas and keep the decorations in natures colors.

Christmas with lots of snow. The family finds it very important that there is room for the kids without the decorations gets too traditional. Instead of buying a new house when the family needed more space they decided to have an architect company design and build 79m2 more to the house. The upper part of the house was extended to make room for a new bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Between the two buildings a new big dining room was built with a glass part from floor to ceiling.

The family must make a new Christmas tree every year and this year it has been a Lego year. The family is very fond of Christmas, but they prefer to have a small exceptional selection of Christmas decorations. They decorate at the end of November or beginning of December and the girls and Kirstine bake cookies and make sweets. It's a large family so there is often a large table for lots of people in the dining room. Many of the things the family has in the apartment are bought at flea markets and on the internet at Laurtiz.com. The orange dog is a joint Christmas present this years and it is found in Paris.
