Information: Birgitte Escherich in the kitchen and her family around the table one summer day and Birgitte cooks with fresh seasonal ingredients. The kitchen is functionally designed with large and spacious fitted cupboards, providing space for everything Birgitte need of equipment, raw materials and ingredients.  On the terrace many of the family's meals are consumed spring, summer and autumn. The garden bench and the old wooden table gives the terrace a cozy and rustic decor.
