Information: When summer is ending the greenhouse and kitchen garden is filled with crispy cucumbers, sweet tomatoes and intense peppers. We made the easy, fast, delicious and healthy dishes with kitchen garden and greenhouse classics: Cucumber, tomato, eggplant, squash and peppers. Simple to create after a busy day or a lazy Sunday.
-Pie with tomatoes, red onion, goat cheese and olives.
-Cold soup of paprika and beetroots with goat cheese and lemon.
-Fried chicken with relish made of tomatoes, celery, cucumber and lavender.
-Baby leaves salad with deep-fried zucchini / eggplant sticks, fresh corn, green beans and French dressing.
-Bruschetta sandwich with ratatouille made from tomatoes, peppers, squash, eggplant, honey and thyme with porched eggs.
-Grilled scallops with orange and cucumber in marinade
