Housing: A small apartment in a building from 1971. It is placed on a parking deck. Originally the house was built as a hotel.
Information: In 2000 an investment company bought the building and they turned the old parking deck into 13 apartments with fronts teak tree facing the yard. In the yard where there used to be parking spaces they created a big common garden. Large crocks with trees and bushes create a surprising atmosphere in the normally so grey and anonymous 70ies yard.
