The couple decorate the home together and Peter is mostly fond of the simple design and Johanne is more in for the colourful bohemian style. Selected pieces of furniture are new, the rest are second-hand. The family’s favorite room in the house are the common-area which works as the living room and kitchen – it is the heart of the house.
Sara’s safari - home office
The office is the practical frame around her work with creating new products and new visions for the future interior and also it is Sara´s second home. She is inspired by cities like Istanbul and Paris, both private and in business. Sara has a great need for surrounding herself with beautiful things which have a folkloristic or ethnographic story to tell.

As a buyer Marlene travels a lot and on her trips she finds inspiration for the decoration. She prefers to mix the clean base with more colourful accessories and ethnic look. It creates the perfect frames for the creative buyer.
Breathtaking house in the backyard
All rooms are the color scheme in pale shades of white, grey, black and dark drown and it shows the couples sense style. They have chosen to paint the walls white to make each piece of furniture stand out. The family loves to spend time at home and everything they need is here. When they moved in the house was renovated and they had a new kitchen and bathroom installed.
Pink house
The couple agree on that the most important thing for them is to create a cozy, nice and personal style. “We love the colors and are not afraid to try something new. We decorate with the heart and do not follow a trend and we are crazy about the English country style, with wallpaper, tiles, flowers - but we have tried to do it in a simplified and more modern version.”
