Family house in Lorques
House in the southern France. It was an old hut when the Danish couple bought it and they had to do a thoroughly renovation. Their daughter lives in Paris and their son in Brussels so the family needed a place to gather in the summer. But they like the place so much that they now use it the whole summer from March to September and as often as possible. Either they are all together or even just some of the family. During the photo shoot their daughter and grandson and some friends was in the house.
Modern home in the country side
Their favorite room is the kitchen/common room and it has a wonderful view, and this is also the most used room in the house. It is mostly Charlotte that dose the interior decoration and it is very important for the family that it is cozy and there is room for all – everybody should feel at home.
Wandalsvej
Christian and Mille have designed their own private retreat where they relax with walks by the sea, baking his grandmother's donuts or simply doing nothing. There has been paid attention to details in the cottage. When they bought the house 10 years ago, it was only 56 square meters. Since then walls have been moved, doors reversed, dress lockers demolished and rebuilt and the entire house has grown by just over 20 square meters.
Inspired by hotels
Privately, he has just finished the design of his and his boyfriend's house and with an eye for the building's original architectural style they have renovated it from cellar to attic. The furniture and the style is inspired from exclusive hotels that the couple has seen and stayed in, and they are not afraid to use dramatic effects as dark wallpaper and walls, large lamps and spectacular colors in the home. The furniture is a mix of classic Danish design and modern objects as they purchased abroad on trips.

Flags and pennants are easy to make and are beautiful for decoration in the summertime.
