The house is solid and well built by the original owner, who was a building engineer and whom the family bought the house. A thorough renovation was necessary though and after finishing the rebuilding the house appear as a practical and functional base and home for the active family. Light, air, clean lines and plenty of space were the main points on Hanne Louise and Jan´s wish list when they were on the outlook for a suitable house for the family. With an area of 83 m2 the house was really too small for the family. But when they saw the position and the room division of the house they were convinced that it all would form a syntheses.
